My Story
When I graduated, I thought I had it all figured out. Good grades, a degree from a respected university, and plenty of ambition. What I didn't have was a clue about how the real world actually worked.
My first few years were a masterclass in trial and error. I made every mistake in the book—underselling myself, not understanding what employers really wanted, failing to build the right relationships. I watched peers with lower grades land better jobs because they understood something I didn't.
Eventually, I cracked the code. I learned that success isn't about being the smartest person in the room—it's about understanding how business works, how to position yourself, and how to create genuine value.
Over the next 15 years, I built my career across startups, scale-ups, and established enterprises. I hired hundreds of graduates and saw the same patterns repeat: brilliant people held back by the same blind spots I once had.
That's why I created this course. To give you the roadmap I wish I'd had.
